Seconded. Anyway, they hardly need an excuse not to hire you; grovel or starve. Or maybe: grovel and starve anyway.

Yes, its seems to be that way but it also depends upon that person if she will let it happen. Its just really hard to apply at first but sooner you will able to make it.
