Encouraging developments

By Michael J. Smith on Monday June 12, 2006 08:36 AM

From Bob Brister:

I saw your web site and thought you might be interested in my Green Party nomination for the 2nd Congressional District in Utah. I'm challenging the Blue Dog incumbent pro-war Democrat Rep. Jim Matheson [shown at left; Matheson is the guy with the necktie -- Ed.]. Please check out www.bristerforcongress.org and let me know what you think.

Peace,

Bob Brister

The last two to three days have been very encouraging for Pakistan People’s Party’s position in the current situation where some ‘elements ‘ were hoping of ‘good news’ soon. Two to three supportive developments have ‘spoiled’ the mood of the ‘well wishers’ of the President Zardari and PPP. Ali Ahmed Kurd, leader of the lawyers’ movement during the judges’ issue, has come up with some astonishing statements after sitting quiet for some days that he is not satisfied with the decision of the Supreme Court.

Note also that comments with three or more links may be held for "moderation" -- a strange term to apply to the ghost in this blog's machine. Seems to be a hard-coded limitation of the blog software, unfortunately.
