UPDATE:
The Alabama State Democratic Committee overturned that decision, and Ms. Todd was reenstated as the official winner...so she will keep her seat after all.

Don't despair, though. The local GLBT rag just had an item today about Tammy "Macha" Duckworth deciding that she could live with "Don't Ask Don't Tell" after all...
