Here's that mighty man, Harry Reid, throwing down the gauntlet:
Reid to Challenge Bush on IranYou get the message, of course? Reid's not going to stop it -- he just wants to be asked along for the ride.... Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., plans to challenge for the first time President Bush's authority to pursue an incursion into Iran without prior congressional approval.
"This morning, I'd like to be clear," Reid plans to say according excerpts of his speech obtained by ABC News, "The President does not have the authority to launch military action in Iran without first seeking congressional authorization."

Give 'em sweet nothings, Harry!
Easy for the putzy Reid to strut about as if Congressional war-making power were anything more than sacramental: he's never met a foreign invasion he didn't like. He voted yes in '91 and '03.
